Art values have suffered pretty much the same way as property. Reductions in values of up to 60-70%. If we are not at the bottom now, we must be pretty close to it. In Riverside Art Gallery (www.RiversideArtGallery.ie) we have many paintings that would have been,
for most, unaffordable a few years ago. However, you should buy a painting because you like it and then if it also turns out to be a good investment, that’s your bonus.
