After a short stint in the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, Noel went on to run his own successful painting and decorating company for over a decade.

Noel trained and thought in London in Decorative painting and furthered his studies in America with world renowned mural artist John Pugh.

Later he returned to his artistic roots and for the past several years he has been much sought after in the world of Decorative Art.

His style is unique, bringing his years of experience and knowledge in art, decorative painting techniques and mural painting together to create impressive, one of a kind, art piece.
