In the event you are not entirely happy with your online purchase, Riverside Art Gallery offer a quibble free returns option. A refund can be obtained on items returned within 14 days of receipt.
Should you wish to return items purchased online you can do so by sending your returned items by post or courier to Riverside Art Gallery, Riverside Business Centre, Tinahely, Co. Wicklow.
Refunds can only be made in the original tender of purchase. Online refunds will be processed to the original payment card or provider. If the original payment type is unavailable, we offer you an exchange or balance transfer to a Riverside Art Gallery Gift card.
All items returned to us must be unused, with original packaging and fit for resale and reach us within 14 days.
When returning items by Post or Courier it is important to:
1. Notify us as soon as possible by email or telephone of the items that you wish to
return
2. Ensure that the goods are packed in their original packaging.
3. Provide the following information:
a) Customer Name
b) Order Number
c) Description of returning items.
